Announcing The Holiday Kidlit Bingo Giveaway (2021)

Happy Holiday Season, Creatives!

The holidays are here, and I am excited to announce the Holiday Kidlit Bingo giveaway to help keep you motivated and balanced this holiday season. Yup, you heard right. Bingo!

Who can play:

Everyone in the #Kidlit community can join in on the fun. There are bingo spaces that are writer and illustrator friendly whether you are unpublished/published as well as across the many genres of kidlit.

Here’s how it words:

1. Save the bingo card below as an image or screengrab. You can also print the card if you prefer to mark it on paper.

2. Mark up your card from December 1st through December 31st. (You must accomplish the task in December for it to count on the board. If for example, you wrote a book review on November 30th it doesn’t qualify.)

4. Winners will qualify for some wonderful #kidlit prizes.

If anyone would like an added challenge, try and fill up the whole board.

3. When you get bingo, (filling one row either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) post your card on Twitter with the hashtag #Holidaykidlitbingo before midnight (PST) on January 3rd, 2022. (Don’t forget the hashtag, or we might miss your card.)

And now, without further ado, here is this year’s bingo card. Good luck!

Here is an example card once it’s all filled out.

Feel free to post your card throughout the month so we can see which spaces you are missing.

Remember those wonderful prizes I mentioned before. Well, voila! Here they are. My fellow #PBchat mentees jumped in on the fun and donated books by their mentors, as well as some other fabulous donations for the amazing #Kidlit community.
